The Johnnie Walker brand dates back to 1820, but it was in 1909 that JOHNNIE WALKER BLACK LABEL was created, with the aim of producing a blend that would never be equalled. By 1920, it was already being sold in over 120 countries.
The blend of around 40 whiskies, each aged for at least 12 years, has produced a whisky with a smooth, complex and lingering flavour, and aromas of vanilla cream, fresh fruit, full-bodied fruit and earthy notes.
